Curved Kitchen Designs
Curves and fluid shapes are trademark characteristics of Paul Marazzi’s kitchens. Smooth, sweeping lines and organic shapes give these kitchens a soft, sensual feel. There are no harsh lines or aggressive corners, just organic shapes where convex and concave curves merge seamlessly together to create a striking, sensual design.
Colosseo Oro
Marazzi Design (winners of the Best of the Best International Design Europe award in 2010) will be launching the world’s most exclusive kitchen at the 100% design show, Earls Court, London.
The “Colosseo Oro” will be a limited edition series of ten individually engineered kitchens. The design brief was simple, craft the most exclusive, luxurious, no expense spared kitchen.
The Colosseo Oro is a limited edition extension of our ‘Best of the Best’ award winning Colosseo design. Refined and with no expense spared, includes newly developed composite materials to form smooth radius units. Metallic chameleon lacquer gives depth and animation to the surfaces emphasizing the dramatic curves, 24 carat gold leaf, is an opulent touch but makes the furniture glow.
The Colosseo’s no compromise design extends to 4 metres in diameter, the futuristic design removes the confining planes of wall facing kitchens. It is a detached, fully integrated island with appliances positioned around the cook, everything is to hand, the circular design compliments the natural twisting ergonomic movement of the body, and the outer circle invites friends and family to sit and chat, or just be immersed in its statuesque beauty.
Paul Marazzi has created a uniquely identifiable style, which has led the market place and influenced mainstream kitchens; Paul’s natural organic take on kitchen design has produced never before seen concepts, and created a library of outstanding and inspired work. Paul Marazzi: “I feel a kitchen should have a soul, and presence, transforming the room into an emotional experience, a celebration of family life and convivial living, transcending the kitchen into the heart and soul of the home.”
